Free Cancellation Window
You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no cost.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20–30% of the service amount may apply to compensate the professional.
No-Show
If the professional arrives at your location and you are unavailable or refuse the service, the full service charge may be applied.
Commitment to Customers
Professionals are expected to honor confirmed bookings.
Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may lead to penalties or suspension from the platform.
We understand emergencies can happen. In case of genuine medical, travel, or unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may be waived at Scervin’s discretion.
