✅ For Customers

  1. Free Cancellation Window

    • You can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no cost.

  2. Late Cancellations

    • If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20–30% of the service amount may apply to compensate the professional.

  3. No-Show

    • If the professional arrives at your location and you are unavailable or refuse the service, the full service charge may be applied.

  1. Commitment to Customers

    • Professionals are expected to honor confirmed bookings.

    • Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may lead to penalties or suspension from the platform.


🚨 Exceptional Cases

We understand emergencies can happen. In case of genuine medical, travel, or unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may be waived at Scervin’s discretion.
